Artist's Comments

This is a study of an Alberto Giacometti piece. We were being told to "Let go" in art because the teachers think we're being too precious and worrying too much about how our work turns out. So she gave us each a picture of his and told us to see how he uses lines to create his picture and that now that we have cameras we don't need to get picture perfect pieces.

It was quite fun, and funny seeing all the girls in my class moaning about their dirty hands.

Again, like I said for my other pieces, constructive criticism but nothing too nasty.

you did good with this drawing, which i know.
sounds like you have a cool teacher.
good art isn't necessarily realistic, where it once was, back before we had cameras ..
